PALI Certification
Upon completion of the Post-Acute Leadership Summit, participants are invited to apply for PALI Certification, which recognizes individuals who have applied PALI learnings to achieve a measurable operational success in their organization.
Certification Project Requirements

12-month program
Attend 1.5 day in-person leadership development session
Participate in a minimum of 6 virtual (interactive) skill building webinars. At least 4 must be attended live.
Successful completion of a PALI Certification White Paper Project

Within 60 days of in-person event attendance. Cost to submit: $500
Certification Project must be approved by participant’s supervisor or above
Certification Project must include the following:
Specific and measurable goals
Action plan to meet goals
ROI estimate
Certification White Paper Project presented in writing to PALI Certification Board
Application for PALI Certification defended via Zoom to the PALI Certification Board (with sign off from company leader)

PALI to maintain list of PALI-certified leaders
PALI to recognize via PALI social media channels
PALI to prepare press release certified leaders may use locally
PALI Certificate suitable for framing to be sent to certified leader
Use of “PALI Certified” in all profesional circumstances
Eligible to serve on PALI Certification Board
